By accessing or using the website located at https://allydium.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Allydium Hub mobile application, separate terms apply to that App. In the event of a conflict, the App's terms control for App usage.

The Site is operated by ProjectM LLC ("ProjectM," "we," "us," "our") and provides information about the Allydium project, referral platform updates, and related services. Content on the Site is provided for informational purposes only and may be changed or removed at any time.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are accessing on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

4. Permitted & Prohibited Use

You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or attempt to bypass security or access controls

Information on the Site does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. Cashback, rewards, or referral payments—if mentioned—are managed by independent merchants, not by ProjectM. We do not process or hold funds on behalf of users.

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.
