Ownership & Licensing Notice

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Allydium (including the Allydium Hub app, backend services, APIs, data models, authentication mechanisms, UI/UX assets, logic layers, and deployment infrastructure) is developed, operated, and solely owned by ProjectM LLC ("ProjectM", "we", "us", "our").

All intellectual property rights—whether registered or unregistered—are the exclusive and perpetual property of ProjectM LLC.

2. No Implied Rights

Nothing on this Site or within the App grants (expressly or implicitly) any ownership interest, joint authorship, partnership, agency, or employment relationship. No licenses are granted except as explicitly set forth in a written agreement executed by ProjectM LLC.

3. Third-Party Publishing / Licensing

Any third party (including but not limited to Kompozit LLC) may publish, distribute, or operate Allydium only under a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license granted in writing by ProjectM LLC. This license:

• Does not grant ownership or authorship
• Prohibits copying, modifying, white-labeling, sublicensing, resale, reverse-engineering, or any derivative use
• May be terminated immediately, without notice or compensation, in case of breach, misuse, or any attempt to assert control over Allydium or its components

4. Prohibited Uses

Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, reuse, reverse-engineer, modify, redistribute, commercialize, or otherwise exploit any part of the Allydium platform, including code, architecture, data structures, or visual assets.

5. Control & Direction

ProjectM LLC retains full and independent control over all technical and commercial decisions regarding Allydium, including (but not limited to) product roadmap, infrastructure, integrations, and feature implementation.
